Man Hid Secret Letter In Garage, Then Wife Finds It

Amanda and John McIntyre were married for over thirty years. She thought she would spend the rest of her life with him. But then, suddenly, John passed away.

One day, Amanda went to the garage to collect his personal belongings. When she opened his workbench, she found a long handwritten letter. She felt her stomach drop.

Perfect Match

Amanda and John met when they were both in their early twenties, and they got married at the age of twenty-five.

John was her soulmate and her best friend. But there was something she didn't know about him.

Strong Bond

Amanda and John fit each other perfectly, and they had undeniable chemistry. As the years passed by, their bond only grew stronger.

Until that fateful day when Jonh suddenly passed away, and Amanda's entire world came crashing down.

The Day Of

On that fateful day, Amanda was busy teaching class when she received a call from the hospital regarding her husband.

The medical staff informed her that John had suffered a terrible car accident and she needed to come in as soon as possible.

Emergency

Amanda worked as a college professor. When she learned that her husband was in the hospital, she dropped everything and rushed to be by his side.

She felt her anxiety creeping in as she got into her car. Amanda prayed her husband would be alright.

He Passed Away

When Amanda saw the state John was in, she collapsed to her knees and burst into tears. He had passed away just a few minutes before her arrival. She never got the chance to say goodbye.

For over a year, Amanda felt like she was barely existing. Fortunately, she had her caring son Aaron by her side, who decided to take a break from his studies to look after his mother.

Taking Control Of Her Life

With the help of her son, Amanda finally decided to take control of her life and face her demons. She went to the garage to collect her late husband's personal belongings.

But what she found in his construction workbench shocked her to the core...

Cleaning The Garage

One Saturday morning, Amanda was busy cleaning the garage when she spotted her husband's workbench.

She kneeled down to wipe the bench when she saw something inside.

The Letter

It was a hand-written letter addressed to her. "I love you, Amanda," the message began.

"Whatever day this is, I hope it's a good one. God truly answered my prayers the day he gave me you." Amanda felt tears forming in her eyes as she read John's letter.

Best Days Ever

"God truly answered my prayers the day he gave me you," he continued.

"I know that these days are the best I'll ever have, and I'm glad you're in them."

"I Love You Very Much"

"I'm not sure if you'll ever see this, but if you do, just know that I love you very much."

"If there is one thing I want in life, it's to be as good to you as you are to me. If I can do that, I'll be the happiest man alive," the message continued.

Loving

"You were always good to me," Amanda said, sobbing. "Always."

She felt like the happiest woman alive with John by her side. He was a loving husband and father.

A Beautiful Ending

"I love you, beautiful wife," John wrote. It was a perfect ending to a perfect letter.

"I love you too," Amanda said, wiping her tears. Then, she called her son and told him about her discovery.

Aaron's Words

"I hope when I find someone, mom, our bond will be like you and dad's," Aaron said over the phone.

He suggested framing his father's letter and hanging it on the wall.

A Reminder

Amanda did exactly what her son said and framed this beautiful letter on her bedroom wall.

That way, she will always be reminded of the love they shared for over 30 years!
