Value: $150 million
Maison de L'Amitie is 80,000 square feet and features over 20 bathrooms, 15 bedrooms, tennis courts, guest houses and a 100 foot swimming pool. Billionaire Donald Trump purchased Palm Beach's Maison de L'Amitie out of bankruptcy in 2004 for $41.2 million.

Villa Leopolda, Villefranche-sur-mer, France

Just a few years later he listed the property for $150 million.
