The Charges
Gena sued for pain and suffering, but the judge added a few charges to that. One of those charges was an unconscionable violation of ethics.
The other two charges were insemination misuse and fertility fraud.
What Gena didn’t know was that the planning for those charges was already being considered by the state, so she actually did have the right to sue him for that.
