Several Things You Must To Keep in Your Purse

Every lady knows that the purse is a woman's toolbox, created for the purpose of traversing the concrete jungle. With it, every woman has a full body of armor, and there’s nothing that you can face in a day that you are not prepared for. If you are one of those ladies who needs a reminder as to the kinds of tools you need to keep in your purse, we’ve got you. Here are some things that we strongly recommend you always keep at your side and in your toolbox—sorry, we mean purse.

A small cosmetic bag or makeup bag

The cosmetic bag that also serves as a toiletry bag is a must-have for every lady. This is your first line of defense against ashy elbows, cracked lips, and snakeskin. That’s because this is the bag that will hold your sunscreen, lip balm, moisturizer, face lotion, and makeup essentials. And yes, yes, we know that not every lady has an affinity for makeup, but at the very least the basics like mascara, lipsticks, powder, concealer, and maybe CC cream can have proper storage. If you also know that your breath progressively worsens as the day goes on, you’re in luck too. The toiletry bag can house either a small toothbrush set or some breath spray so that the people in your office won’t call you the dragon lady, you know, bad breath and all. In addition to all this, having a small needle and thread or some bobby pins in there could be helpful in the event of a rare but embarrassing wardrobe malfunction.

Card Holder and Wallet

Listen, we know that you may be a fan of leveraging that pretty privilege and occasional charm, but who wants to leave their house without their wallet? What would you do if you started craving some Starbucks or some nice chocolates in the middle of the day? We can’t have you broke now. That’s why one of the essentials to keep in your purse is your wallet or cardholder. It’s very necessary that they are packed neatly in a wallet because credit cards that float willy-nilly tend to get damaged, and the same goes for money. Besides, it has an aura of class to it—to take out your wallet from your purse as you pay. We don’t think that that timeless artifact they call a purse will be leaving this list anytime soon.

Portable Phone Charger

One of the absolute essentials in today's modern day and age is our phones. We can’t seem to do anything without them. In fact, it’s not a stretch to say that our lives would crash without our handy little companions. However, these handy little things, although bearing infinite responsibilities, do not have infinite power. That is why you must always have your power cable close at hand. Regardless of where you are, you need to be prepared so that you don't run out of power in a critical moment. This is especially important on nights out with friends or when you’re traveling to various places. Portable phone chargers or power banks have become an essential part of our carry-ons, and we are positive that you will find value in them too.

A Water Bottle and a Healthy Snack

I don’t know about you, but most people tend to feel hunger pangs at the worst times possible or in the trickiest of situations. This is especially bad if you’re diabetic and the sugar levels are going down. In fact, in that situation, having a snack to munch on is a must. Consider having a fruit like an apple or something like nuts to munch on. Some mints or sweets for your breath are also necessary and will work wonders for you. On top of all this, you will do well to have a small water bottle with you, especially this summer. The last thing you want is to be dehydrated and parched, with no good water in sight. In such cases, having a small bottle of water close at hand will do wonders for you. And yes, we know that water can be a little heavy, but if you’ve felt the pain of a headache when you’re dehydrated, then you know that this is a no-brainer. Just keep the water and the snack in the bag; you’ll need them one day, trust us.

Headphones or earphones

Who here does not enjoy listening to some music or podcasts they gravel up and about going through their busy schedules? And who here has had their day absolutely ruined because they forgot their headphones or earphones at home or at the office? Well, if you learn to keep them in your purse, you will never run this risk again. You already know what it feels like not having them, so how about you try always having them around?

Wet Wipes and a Pack of Tissues

Wet wipes and tissue paper are a must-have in your purse if you value your hygiene, life, and peace of mind. Whether you are alone or with family, you know that wet wipes will always come in handy. It could be for something as simple as cleaning your hands or something as urgent as cleaning a spill, but whatever the reason, you’ll need wet wipes. If you’ve never been in a situation where you needed them, still keep them; it won’t be long before you do.
