Sports are, and always have been, a staple of modern pop culture. So it would be logical to be interested in the players playing the sports right? Over the last 100 or so years, sports fans have become infatuated with the athletes in their favorite teams, knowing every little thing about their lives: their statistics or what kind of food they like to eat in the morning.

Or what their kids are up to! Today we are going to look at the daughters of the biggest sports stars and dig into the data to see what they’ve been up to. Let’s go!

While Jordin became famous on her own right by winning American Idol, I bet you never knew that her father Phillippi is a football legend, playing for the New York Giants and the Dallas Cowboys before retiring in 2000. Jordin has built a successful music empire for herself, releasing 3 studio albums and winning herself a grammy in the process.

Kendall Jenner - Caitlyn Jenner

While things have been on the quiet side for Jordin recently, rumor has it that she decided to take a more behind the scenes approach, writing for a handful of your favorite artists.

It’s hard to remember, after all that has happened recently, that Caitlyn Jenner (formerly Bruce) was once a famous track and field runner, winning the decathlon at the 1976 Olympic games. Obviously you know who Kendall is already, being one of the most famous faces in today’s social-sphere.

Rachel Bradshaw - Terry Bradshaw

Kendall is a model, influencer, and star of the banned pepsi ad that caused quite a stir in 2017.

Terry has become increasingly famous for his commercial work, but he is mostly known for winning FOUR super bowl titles as the quarterback for the Pittsburgh Steelers. Rachel, Terry’s oldest daughter, is actually the singer for the Stella James Band.

Kate Mara - Art Rooney Sr.

She actually found her love for music as way to cope after becoming a widow. Her husband of less than one year died in a fatal car accident.

Kate Mara is a world-famous actress without the help of her family ties, but oh what ties she has! Art Rooney Sr., Kate’s grandfather, was the founding owner of the Pittsburgh Steelers and is considered NFL royalty.

Brooke Hogan - Hulk Hogan

He is a member of the NFL Hall of Fame.

Hulk Hogan, the infamous pro-wrestler, has brought his daughter Brooke into the spotlight by way of their hit reality show “Hogan Knows Best.” Brooke is taking after her father, pursuing a career in wrestling.

Courtney Force - John Force

She is signed to TNA.

Courtney is actually one of the names on this list you might know more than her father. John Force is a 16 time NHRA Funny Car champion, and Courtney has been in the limelight recently since joining her fathers racing team in 2012.

Mariah Woodson - Mike Woodson

She drives the John Force Racing Team’s Traxxas Ford Mustang.

Mike is a former NBA player and coach of the New York Knicks. His daughter Mariah played volleyball while in college at Georgia Tech.

Tracy Phillips - Wade Phillips

Having since graduated, she is professionally pursuing volleyball full time.

Wade is a former coach for many top teams in the NFL and is the current defensive coordinator for the Los Angeles Rams. His daughter Tracy is a beautiful actress with a handful of big credits to her name already.

Gina Carano - Glenn Carano

She has recently been films such as 500 Days of Summer, Charlie Wilson’s War, and Water for Elephants.

Glenn, in his prime, was the QB for the Dallas Cowboys. His daughter Gina is taking up the limelight now, being an all-around badass.

Laila Ali - Muhammad Ali

Starring in action films such as Deadpool, Fast and the Furious 6, Extraction, and my personal favorite “Haywire”, Gina is also a professional MMA fighter. She has the looks to kill, and the skills to actually kill, so don’t mess with the action star.

Everyone knows Muhammad Ali, the greatest boxer of the 20th century, but do you know about his daughter Laila? The apple has not fallen far from the tree with Laila and she has made a successful name for herself in her own right in the female boxing world.

Bianca La Russa - Tony La Russa

Out of the 24 big matches she participated in, she won 21 of them. While Laila actually retired from boxing a couple years ago, she remains a prominent figure in the boxing world.

Tony, once a famous MLB player, is now the chief baseball analyst and advisor for the Arizona Diamondback. However, his daughter is now making a name for herself as an Oakland Raiders cheerleader.

Bianca Gascoigne - Paul Gascoigne

It looks like she got her mother’s good looks!

Paul ‘Gazza’ Gascoigne is an infamous english soccer player who spent time with Tottenham Hotspur, Boston United, Newcastle United, and eventually becoming part of England’s National Team. Bianca,his daughter, has been making a name for herself across the pond as well.

Alexandria Schlereth - Mark Schlereth

Previously running around hollywood with the upper echelon of reality stars such as Kim Kardashian and Paris Hilton, Brittny eventually got her own reality show. She has since taken the modeling world by storm, appearing in countless magazine spreads and having a long-standing contract with L’Oreal.

Mark Schlereth, once a successful NFL player, is now one of the most successful NFL analysts in the game. Alexandria, one of his 3 daughters, is finding success as a reporter for the Fox Sports channel.

Angela Rypien - Mark Rypien

Currently making moves to transition into the acting world, her ultimate goal, we are guaranteed to hear more of this starlet.

MVP QB Mark Rypien has played with some of the top teams in the US : the Browns, Redskins, Falcons, Browns, Rams, Seahawks, Colts, and Eagles. While he retired from football in 2002, his daughter Angela is also a professional quarterback… in the Lingerie Football League.

Brittany Viola - Frank Viola

While not playing, she is a model and spokesperson for Under Armour and ThermaPearl.

Frank, the infamous MLB pitcher, played for the Minnesota Twins, New York Yankees, and the Toronto Blue Jays between 1982 and 1996. Brittany, is extremely successful herself, becoming an olympic diver and competing in the last 2 summer games.

Nastia Liukin - Valeri Liukin

She got her start while attending the University of Miami.

While Valeri Liukin was a household name in the 80s and 90s for winning numerous gymnastics medias, his daughter Nastia has actually superseded him in success! At age 14 Nadia won the gold medal at the Pan American Games. From there, she joined the 2008 gymnastics team for the Beijing games.

Alexa Flutie - Doug Flutie

There she won the gold medal for the all around competition, as well as 3 additional silvers. Nadia has since retired and is now engaged to famous hockey player Matt Lombardi.

Doug Flutie has been a key player for the Buffalo Bills for quite sometime, and his daughter Alexa has always been his cheerleader. In 2010, Alexa won the Miss Massachusetts pageant and later became a New England Patriots cheerleader in 2011.

Deepika Padukone - Prakash Padukone

She moved from the Patriots to the Chargers, eventually becoming a professional dancer and choreographer.

Prakash Padukone, a world-famous badminton player that has since retired, was the first Indian to win the All England Champion in 1980. His daughter Deepika, aside from being beautiful through and through, is one of the biggest names in Bollywood and was one of the highest-paid models in 2017.

Deepika’s face is widely recognized through India and Europe.

Judy Trammell was considered one of the most iconic cheerleaders of her time.

Deion Sanders was a legendary cornerback during his time in the NFl, playing for the Atlanta Falcons, San FRancisco 49ers, Baltimore Ravens, and the Dallas Cowboys. He ALSO played baseball for the New York Yankees, Atlanta Braced, and San Francisco Giants. Talk about a jack of all trades!

Alyonka Larionov - Igor Larionov

While Deiondra is no pursuing sports like her father, she shows great promise in whatever she does. She is still young, so she is in the “figuring things out” phase.

Igor, a hockey legend, won two Olympic gold medals and THREE Stanley Cups while playing for the Detroit Red Wings and the Vancouver Canucks. Alyonka, Igors daughter, is actually a reporter for Vice Media, so you may have seen her sliding through your facebook feed.

Sara Kosar - Bernie Kosar

Her unabashingly good looks are definitely eye catching, but what she really is looking to do is obliterate the oligarchy.

Bernie was a star QB for the Cleveland Browns, Dallas Cowboys, and the Miami Dolphins and his name is synonymous with the NFL. His daughter, well, took a very different path from her father. Now known as Lexxi Silver, Sara entered the adult film industry in 2011.

Avery Schlereth - Mark Schlereth

Fortunately for Bernie though, she quit shortly after. It isn’t for everybody ?

Former player for the Washington Redskins and the Denver Broncos, Mark is now an ESPN sports analyst. Avery is the middle child of Mark’s 3 and has made a very successful name for herself in the modeling world.

Stephanie Turner - Norv Turner

While all of Mark’s kids are very successful, we are just going to focus on Avery. Avery has used the power of social media to make her life a pseudo-reality-show, giving followers a very in-depth and personal look into her life.

Norv was an offensive coordinator for the Minnesota Viking before retiring a year or so ago.

His daughter Stephanie is currently a working actress, appearing in television shows like Bones, 7th Heaven, CSI and in films like Monster in Law and Paper Cuts.

Former NBA star Gerard Wilkins played for the New York Knicks and the Cleveland Cavaliers. Jasmyn, known as Jazz, was a basketball player in high school but decided to forego her sporting ambitions to focus more on her academia.

Nicki Meyer - Urban Meyer

After graduating from Georgia State, she started competing in high profile beauty pageants, winning Miss Georgia 2012 and becoming the 4th runner up in the 2012 Miss USA Pageant. Jazz is currently working as a model and plans to do that as long as she can.

Urban is a former football player that now coaches the Ohio State Buckeyes.

Nicki is a college volleyball player at the Florida Gulf University and plans to pursue that professionally after college.

Nick is currently the head football coach for the University of Alabama, but was formerly the head coach for the Miami Dolphins. Daughter Kristen is actually currently attending University of Alabama, but unfortunately has gotten a pretty bad reputation due to some sorority sister scandal.

Brittany Favre-Mallion - Brett Favre

We don’t know really know the whole story, but it seems like some petty college drama anyways.

Brittany is the eldest daughter of former Green Bay Packers player Brett Favre.

Brittany, in her late 20s, recently graduated with a law degree and looking to open up her own practice.
