Here's All The A-Listers Who Caught The Royal Wedding Invite and What They Wore

With Prince Harry's regal social status and Meghan Markle's former acting career, it's no surprise that the pair's royal wedding would see its fair share of A-listers, especially considering Prince William and Kate Middleton's 2011 nuptials also garnered quite the elite guest list. The pair did differ from their royal wedding predecessor, however, by limiting (by royal standards) their guest list to a cool 600, unfortunately meaning that not every celeb pal of the newlyweds could land an invite (sorry, Rihanna).

As much as we would have loved to see the Obamas (or even Prince Louis, for that matter) dressed to their best at St. George's Chapel, we certainly had plenty of other celebrity wedding attendants to fawn over for outfit inspo/manifest our extreme jealousy. In no particular order, we rounded up the most noteworthy royal wedding guests from this fairy tale–worthy ceremony to further add to your wedding envy.

Oprah Winfrey

What's a celebration without Oprah Winfrey? She was the first to arrive at Windsor, wearing a Stella McCartney pale pink dress suit.

Two nights ago, Winfrey arrived in London where it was rumored that she’s planning a big interview with Markle's mom, Doria Ragland. Apparently, Oprah had a dress emergency yesterday, because the one she was intending to wear "she thought was a little too white," according to ET.

Idris Elba

Idris Elba arrived first with his fiancé, Sabrina Dhowre, alongside Winfrey. Although the two looked incredible, the internet had a lot to say about Dhowre's outfit.

It seems Sabrina's fashion choice caused a buzz amongst the internet. Some claimed that her outfit was "too immature" and "too casual" to be worn to a wedding. She wore an all Gucci outfit along with a black hat by Vivien Sheriff.

James Blunt

British singer James Blunt has arrived on the scene. The internet was quick to spot the singer and his wife, Sofia Wellesley, and many questioned what his tie was to the royal family.

Well, some of you may not know that Blunt has a very esteemed connection to the Royals. While serving in the British army, he stood guard during the Queen Mother's funeral in 2002.

Nacho Figueras

Argentine polo player Nacho Figueras has arrived. It seems that Figueras and his wife, Delfina Blaquier earn a top spot on the "best-dressed list" for the wedding.

Blaquier opted for a turquoise maxi dress by Acheval Pampa, neutral flats, and a turquoise-trimmed white hat.

David & Victoria Beckham

English soccer player David Beckham and his wife, British pop singer Victoria Beckham, arrived at Windsor together, looking incredible as usual. David went for a polished black and grey two-piece suit, with his hair slicked back.

As for OUR fashion queen, Victoria slipped right into a navy dress with a black fascinator, which is similar to what she wore to Kate and William's wedding. Victoria was one of the three Spice Girls invited to the ceremony along with, Geri Halliwell, and Emma Bunton.

Serena Williams

Serena Williams arrived at the royal wedding with husband Alexis Ohanian, wearing a stunning pink Versace dress. The tennis champ boasted an instant connection with Markle after meeting in 2014, and she even offered some sage advice prior to the wedding.

Just as Markle has cheered on the athlete throughout the U.S. and Australian Opens, Williams was able to return the favor as Markle married into the royal family. Williams even skipped playing in the Italian Open tournament in Rome over the weekend in order to attend the ceremony.

George Clooney

The couple, who had their own wedding of practically royal proportions in 2014, made the guest list cut, with Amal unsurprisingly sporting a head-turning Stella McCartney dress and fascinator. George wore a grey suit and pale yellow tie alongside her. The duo also didn't have to travel far—they currently live 30 minutes away from St. George's Chapel.

The Clooneys are there because they are friends with Harry and Markle. It's been reported that Markle and Amal have become close lately. They were allegedly, "introduced by a mutual friend and have formed a friendship since Meghan moved to the U.K. It's said that they share "many interests." UHM, We LOVE this BFF duo.

James Cordon

Talk show host James Cordon and his wife have arrived at the royal wedding. Although Royal wedding guests may have had a strict dress code to follow, you can leave it to James Corden to add some humor to the seriousness.

It was reported at the private reception that, "James Corden came in last, arriving in a Henry VIII costume, saying he didn't know what to wear to a royal wedding. He had taken notes all the way through the day. He was making quips about that." Corden changed into the costume right before taking over hosting duties for the entertainment portion of the evening following the speeches.

Elton John

Despite questioning whether he would receive an invitation, the Piano Man, fortunately, didn't cancel his concerts over the wedding weekend for naught.

John, who had maintained a close friendship with the late Princess Diana, attended the ceremony with his husband, David Furnish, both of whom were also invited to Will and Kate's wedding. The singer/songwriter was one of the first people Harry confided in when he originally fell in love with Markle.

Chelsy Davy

What would a wedding be without an ex-girlfriend or two among the guests to mix in some scandal!?

Prince Harry's former long-term was rumored to be invited back in January, and it turns out the reports were correct. But, it makes sense considering Davy and Prince Harry have still remained close friends following their split in 2011.

Pippa Middleton

It's a royal family affair! Kate Middleton's sister, who is currently expecting, obviously received an invite to this royal wedding.

And, just as she almost upstaged her sister when she wed Prince William, Pippa similarly stole the show in a dress by the Fold.

Gina Torres

Among the 25 Suits cast members who received royal wedding invitations, Gina Torres, who plays Jessica Pearson on the paralegal drama, made the cut.

She decided to play to the summery weather in a vibrant mid-length red lace Costarello dress, featuring an ornate floral pattern  and sheer plunging panel. She paired it with a nude clutch, hat and matching stilettos.

Sarah Rafferty

Sarah Rafferty, Meghan's costar on Suits, was joined by her husband Santtu Seppälä at the royal wedding. The actress opted for a figure-hugging navy blue Lanvin gown which featured oversized navy sleeves.

Like many of the guests, she accompanied her look with a fascinator. She wore her long tresses in a sleek and straight style, deciding to keep her makeup very minimal.

Rick Hoffman

Meghan's Suits costar, who plays Louis Litt on the drama, was spotted at the royal wedding. He previously told the Today Show when he learned about the bride's royal relationship.

“I was like, ‘You’ve got to be kidding me.’ It was, like, both of us in the trailer, like, ‘You’re dating a prince.' I was like, ‘Take it slow, be careful, don’t let him hurt you.’”

Sarah Ferguson

Sarah Ferguson, Duchess of York has arrived with at the wedding. Ferguson, also known as Fergie, is the ex-wife of Prince Andrew, Duke of York, the second son of Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh.

She turned heads when she entered the royal wedding of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry. Many were surprised to see the duchess seeing as she did not receive an invitation to Kate Middleton and Prince William's wedding back in 2011.

Patrick J. Adams

It wouldn't be Markle's IRL wedding without her on-screen hubby. Sources originally confirmed that Markle's former Suits costar, who also left the show following its seventh season, had RSVP'd "yes" earlier in the month, along with about 25 other cast members.

Adams had even brainstormed the perfect wedding gift for his TV bride, so naturally, he had to be in attendance on the big day. His wife, Pretty Little Liars star Troian Bellisario, was his plus-one. Adams wore a Canali tie with his suit.

Abigail Spencer & Priyanka Chopra

Suits costar Abigail Spencer and close friend and actress Priyanka Chopra have arrived at the royal wedding. Chopra, who has known the recent bride for three years, referred to Markle in a Time essay as a "a princess for the people" and defended the 36-year-old actress as much more than just "Prince Harry's girlfriend."

Although Markle decided not to have a maid of honor in her bridal party, we're sure Chopra would have been in the running otherwise. Chopra stunned in a lavender made-to-measure suit by Vivienne Westwood. The suit had been handcrafted in Westwood’s London atelier especially for the occasion in a light heather gray summer tweed, with a soft pearlescent sheen.

Gabriel Macht

Married to Markle's former Suits boss, Jacinda Barrett, who has also appeared on the paralegal drama, attended the wedding with her husband, Gabriel Macht.

Days before the wedding, Barrett posted a photo in London on Instagram, implying that she had flown across the pond for the nuptials.

Jessica Mulroney

This planner, stylist, and close comrade of the bride actually helped Meghan pick out her dress and plan the wedding itself, so an invitation seems fair compensation.

Mulroney's four-year-old daughter, Ivy, and seven-year-old twin sons, Brian and John, also got to participate in the wedding as a bridesmaid and page boys, respectively.

Princess Eugenie & Princess Beatrice

Given her familial ties to Prince Harry (the two are cousins), Eugenie and Beatrice's attendance was a no-brainer.

The sisters sported quite the bold fascinators for Prince William's wedding but stuck to simpler headpieces this time around. Eugenie is also set to tie the knot this fall in yet another royal wedding, so we hope she gained some planning inspiration.

Doria Ragland

Meghan Markle's mother, Doria Ragland, has arrived at the ceremony. She arrived to her daughter's big day wearing a simple, pistachio green dress with a matching summer coat over the top of it.

Both the coat and the dress had white floral embroidered design on the hem. Her outfit was designed by the creative directors of Oscar de la Renta, Fernando Garcia and Laura Kim. Along with the outfit, she wore a small and simple hat by British milliner, Stephen Jones, O.B.E. in a matching shade.

King Charles & Queen Camilla

Prince Harry's father and his second wife entered the ceremony. Although all eyes were on Meghan Markle on her wedding, but Camilla Parker Bowles, Duchess of Cornwall's outfit was certainly another look to take note of. She showed up to her step-son's nuptials wearing ice pink silk marocain asymmetrical coat dress from designer Anna Valentine.

Her husband, Prince Harry's father, looking dapper in a morning coat tailored by Anderson & Sheppard with a shirt by Turnbull & Asserwore, which was a more toned down outfit than his traditional Royal Navy number one dress uniform. Although Camilla's look was neutral, her hat was anything but boring or neutral. Her ice pink hat covered in feathers by Philip Treacy forced everyone's eyes on her the minute she stepped out of her car.
