Newman also says that he often stood in as a body double for David “the Hoff” Hasselhoff because of the star’s “chicken legs.” After the show had ended, he worked training Hollywood’s elite like Ashton Kutcher, Kevin Costner, and Tom Hanks for roles in the water.

Two years later, everything changed when the 27-year-old hopeful was cast as Lt. Taylor Walsh on Baywatch and appeared in 22 episodes throughout the 1997-1998 season.

After graduating from college and moving to Los Angeles to become an actress, Andrada worked as a cheerleader for the Oakland Raiders where she was named “Most Photogenic Member” of the squad.

Cast as Kekoa Tanaka for 44 episodes, Kamano wrapped up the show’s final two seasons and later reprised her role in 2003 when she rejoined the cast for the made-for-television special, Baywatch: Hawaiian Wedding.

Jason Brooks

Originally cast in the role in 1989, Markham appeared in 44 episodes before retiring his crisp white uniform and captain’s hat in 1992.

With Baywatch as his ticket to stardom, Cibrian closed out the series in 1997 and joined Sunset Beach, a soap opera where he appeared in 369 of the show’s 800 episodes.
