Bruce Lee is hands down the most legendary and skilled martial artists to ever live. No one has been able to even get close to his level when it comes to dedication but a young kid by the name of Ryusei Imai might just do that once he grows up.
Ryusei Imai is nicknamed “Ryuji” and he is Bruce Lee’s biggest fan. The kid’s parents have posted some videos of his workouts and Ryuji is now an internet sensation with people dubbing him as the next Bruce Lee.
This is Ryusei “Ryuji” Imai and even though he is only seven years old and goes to school every day, he has a rather unusual hobby for his age. The preschooler is training in martial arts all day long in hopes of becoming like his hero, Bruce Lee.
Ryuji understood from a young age that Bruce Lee was the best to ever do it and since he was six years old, he decided to become just as good if not better than Bruce Lee was during his prime. This is a difficult task but Ryuji is one the right path.
When he is not in school or doing homework, Ryuji is training in acrobatics and martial arts. His training videos are so insane that millions of people are watching them every single day because they get inspired by the little kid’s determination to become the best.
Ryuji doesn’t just want to be a great martial artist that could fight at the same level as Bruce Lee, he also wants to master all skills that Bruce Lee was known for, including the nunchucks which are infamous for being super difficult to master without hitting yourself a couple of times first.
One of the most incredible things about the seven years boy is that he has crazy core strength for his age. How many preschoolers do you know who can perform pushups in two fingers?
Even though Ryuji might spend lots of time training his muscles, what he likes the most is martial arts. The kid loves to learn something new about contact sports every single day and the martial art that he enjoys the most is karate.
If you didn’t think that Ryuji was impressive in picture #16, then this one is surely going to impress you. This is the famous one finger pushup that Bruce Lee did during his public training sessions and it left everyone in awe.
Even though most people can’t even dream of achieving the physical form that Bruce Lee had during his prime, the seven years old boy is really close. The one finger pushups are insanely difficult and there are only a handful of people who can actually do them without getting hurt.
What’s great about Ryuji is that he doesn’t let his love for martial arts get in the way of school. He still spends most of his free time doing homework which shows us that Ryuji is way ahead of his peers who don’t realize just how important school is at that age.
While Ryuji might pose with a mean face in this picture, he is a sweet kid. He has lots of friends and they all are impressed by how many amazing things Ryuji can do.
Outside of training and studying for school, Ryuji’s parents say that the little kid likes nothing more than to watch old Bruce Lee movies. He doesn’t just watch them for entertainment, Ryuji is studying Bruce Lee’s every move.
If Ryuji is so strong and skilled now, we can be sure that he is only going to get better in the years to come. The little kid has a bright future ahead of him.
After seeing all these pictures, there is one thing that we can be sure about. Ryuji or his friends are never going to have any problems with bullies at school or anywhere else.
All martial artists who are seeing videos of Ryuji are saying that they only wish they were this strong and disciplined at his age. Everyone is impressed by Ryuji!
The impressive thing about Ryuji is that he has such great discipline. His parents did a great job of teaching him important life values and there is no doubt about that.
Another awesome thing about Ryuji’s passion for martial arts is that he will never have to worry about fitness. If he keeps training this hard for the years to come, then he will have strong muscles.
Ryuji’s parents are saying that at first, they didn’t know if they should be happy that their kid has found a passion so early in life. However, they are giving their interest to help Ryuji become as good as Bruce Lee.
As previously mentioned, Ryuji’s parents support him. The man in this picture is the kid’s father and he is helping him stretch for a difficult training session that involves throwing kicks.
Let’s hope that Ryuji doesn’t lose his passion for martial arts once he grows older because he is super close to becoming as good as Bruce Lee and he is only seven years old!
In the end, all that matters is that Ryuji is happy. He is dedicated to following his dream and nothing is going to get in his way.
