The contents of the letter were obscene. The officer didn’t just admit that he was late in submitting for officer housing and instead shifted to blame to those around him.
He directed it specifically onto the enlisted soldiers that he shared the complex with.
But the extremes that he made up made Chris want to punch a hole in the wall. He saw words like “deviants” and “drug users.”
