Bryant's daughter Natalia recently shared the story behind the "Slim" necklace, revealing it was the nickname her father gave her. "I wanna show you my necklace," she told Vogue. "This is a necklace that says 'Slim.' That was my nickname growing up. All my jerseys said slim," Natalia continued.
The 19-year-old described herself as "eensy weensy," explaining that she only started wearing jerseys when she got older. "So my dad always called me 'Slim,'" she added. Natalia's second necklace is dedicated to the Mamba and Mambacita Foundation, an organization founded by her late father. "I actually wear this medallion with me all the time," she said. "It says 'Dedication makes dreams come true, and It's a quote from my dad, and it's something I live by,'" Natalia continued.
She's now in her second year of university at the University of Southern California and is currently studying for her midterms. When Natalia graduates, she wants to get into Hollywood.
