Mother Buys $500 Doll For Daughter, Finds This Inside

Elizabeth Faidley had spent weeks looking for the perfect Christmas present for her daughter, Kayla. She loved collecting vintage dolls, and Elizabeth thought she had found a new addition to her collection.

There was something off about this doll, however. It wasn't until a few days later that she discovered the terrifying truth.

New Doll

"Oh my God mom, this is the coolest doll I've gotten yet; how did you know?" Kayla said as she examined the doll. "Oh, a mother knows, darling," Elizabeth said, smiling.

Little did they know, the doll had a mind of its own.

Satisfied

That night, Elizabeth went to bed with a big smile on her face. Her daughter loved her Christmas present, and she was delighted with herself.

But then, a few days later, Kayla mentioned that she started hearing strange noises in the house while Elizabeth was at work. She first heard the sound when she was playing video games in the living room.

Strange Sound

The sound was coming from her new doll, Stacy. It was unlike anything she had heard before. Kayla was afraid to move. What if the doll was possessed?

"Hello?" she called out. No one answered. "Who is it?" the little girl repeated. Then, she heard another sound coming from the hallway.

Another Doll

Kayla had to find out where the sound was coming from. She opened the door and saw an unfamiliar doll lying in the blanket box in the hall. Where was Stacy? And why was there another doll sitting in her place?

Kayla was terrified. The doll stared her down, and she regretted accepting her mother's Christmas present. But that wasn't even the worst part.

"Come home!"

Kayla immediately picked up her phone and called her mother. “MOM!! Mom, you’ve got to come home, it’s Stacy, she’s been possessed, I need you! Oh god, what was that mom hurry, she’s coming back!!”

Elizabeth thought her daughter was joking at first. "Kayla, are you for real? I had a really important meeting today, and you call me home for this?"

Not Falling For It

"She looks exactly the same! You need to grow up and stop letting your imagination run away with itself! You've fooled me once with this doll, I'm not falling for it again!" Elizabeth said angrily.

As soon as she got home, Stacy returned to her spot, exactly as she was before. That night Kayla's mother would be proven wrong. She would regret not believing her daughter.

The Terrifying Truth

Elizabeth was in the bathroom that night brushing her teeth when she heard a low hissing noise behind her. She turned around and saw Stacy rising in front of her. Her daughter was asleep.

She screamed, and the doll dropped to the ground. Elizabeth knew she should have trusted her daughter. Then, she saw the horrible white stuff inside of the doll. What was it?

Stacy’s Exorcism

Elizabeth almost had a heart attack that night. Kayla heard her mom scream and ran in immediately. “YOU SAW HER DO IT; I WASN’T LYING MOM!” the little girl cried.

“I know, darling, I’m so sorry I doubted you. I need to bring her back to where I got her, sweetheart. This needs to end before my heart stops!” Elizabeth said.

Returning The Doll

That afternoon, the mother and daughter buckled their possessed doll into the car and drove to the source of their terror. They returned her to the shop that Elizabeth had bought her in.

They approached the cashier and explained what Stacy had done. But would the worker believe them?

Damn Columbians

“Ahhh, you’re the third person this week in about that. Damn Columbians,” said the cashier. Elizabeth and Kayla were confused. Columbians. What did Columbians have to do with the strange doll?

"What do you mean?" Elizabeth asked. "Our dolls come from a Columbian doll company that we're pretty sure are actually voodoo doll makers. We really need to change suppliers," the woman explained.

In Shock

"Speaking of Columbians, I bet you they tried the old trick," the cashier said as she pulled Stacy's head off. Inside the doll was a massive bag of white powder.

Elizabeth couldn't believe what she was seeing.  She felt guilty for exposing her daughter to this whole ordeal. "Mom, what is this white stuff?" Kayla asked as she stared at the bag.

Speechless

Elizabeth was speechless. She felt tears roll down her face as she hugged her daughter. She was the worst mother ever. “Madam? Are you OK?” the cashier asked. “I think there’s a way we can resolve this.”

"It's too late now," Elizabeth cried. "There's nothing we can do about it."

A Resolution

"Tell you what, madam, I'll give you your money back for that awful doll, and I'll get rid of the remains," said the cashier.

“Especially the drugs. I’ll definitely take care of those” she continued.

"Thank You"

"Thank you," Elizabeth smiled. "I appreciate it." The cashier handed her twenty dollars back and wished them a nice day.

Elizabeth put her arm around Kayla and left the store. Kayla stopped collecting old dolls after this incident.
