The 2016 presidential election has been an interesting one. Front-runners Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton have made some scandalous headlines over the past few months, and while there’s controversy on both sides, Trump takes the cake. Some— if not most— of his statements have gone on to offend one person or another.
Or, you know, entire demographics. We've rounded up 25 of Trump’s most ridiculous and offensive statements so you can relive the glory all over again.
“I have a great relationship with the Blacks. I’ve always had a great relationship with the Blacks.” -Trump made this infamous quote during a 2011 radio interview with Talk1300 in New York. 
“Laziness is a trait in blacks.” -Trump was quoted as having said this in a 1991 book written by John O'Donnell, a former Trump Plaza casino COO.
24. Trump Talking About Women:
“Black guys counting my money! I hate it. The only kind of people I want counting my money are little short guys that wear yarmulkes every day.” -This quote managed to insult two demographics at once and was also included in O'Donnell's 1991 book.
“You know, it doesn’t really matter what write as long as you’ve got a young and beautiful piece of ass.” -Trump said this quote during a 1991 interview with Esquire. 
“I think the only difference between me and the other candidates is that I’m more honest and my women are more beautiful.” -The Donald reportedly said this gem about his candidacy as if that's the only thing differentiating him from other presidential hopefuls.
23. Comments About His Daughter, Ivanka:
“All of the women on The Apprentice flirted with me—consciously or unconsciously. That’s to be expected.” -Trump included this bit in his book How to Get Rich.
"She does have a very nice figure . . . if weren't my daughter, perhaps I'd be dating her." -Trump oh-so infamously said this during an interview on The View. 
"Yeah, she's really something, and what a beauty, that one.
22. Remarks About Rosie O'Donnell:
If I weren't happily married and, ya know, her father . . ." -Trump said this irksome comment during a 2015 Rolling Stone interview. However, it's only the tip of the disturbing iceberg when it comes to his daughter.
“You take a look at her, she’s a slob. She talks like a, like a truck driver.” -This nasty remark was made in regards to his volatile relationship with Rosie, according to a CNN transcript. 
"I feel sorry for Rosie 's new partner in love whose parents are devastated at the thought of their daughter being with @Rosie--a true loser." -Trump tweeted this out to the entire world in 2011. 
This was one of many tweets regarding Rosie in 2014.
21. Trump's Comments On Hillary Clinton:
Earlier in the year he posted: "Rosie is crude, rude, obnoxious and dumb - other than that I like her very much!" Apparently, there's no end in sight for his feud with Rosie. Trump didn't stop with Twitter. He made more insensitive comments during interviews, such this one with Entertainment Tonight: "If I were running 'The View', I'd fire Rosie O'Donnell. I mean, I'd look at her right in that fat, ugly face of hers, I'd say 'Rosie, you're fired.'"
"Crooked Hillary's brainpower is highly overrated. Probably why her decision making is so bad or, as stated by Bernie S, she has BAD JUDGEMENT." -An August 2016 tweet regarding his presidential competition. 
Trump called one of Clinton's comments "very dumb" in September 2016.
20. About President Obama:
This was just one of his many attacks on her character, statements, health, and other aspects. He's said plenty of other comments, according to the New York Times: (she) “wants to flood our country with Syrian immigrants that we know little or nothing about.” (Clinton) “doesn't even look presidential!”
"President Obama will go down as perhaps the worst president in the history of the United States!" - Another August 2016 tweet sent out by Donald. That's a little harsh given some past presidents' actions. 
Seriously, what is Trump doing to reduce his own carbon footprint?
19. Donald's Racist Comments Regarding Mexico:
Hypocrisy at its finest. Trump also tweeted remarks about Obama's US citizenship in 2012: "An extremely credible source has called my office and told me that Barack Obama's birth certificate is a fraud." Here are a few other choice words Donald has had for Obama, according to the New York Times:
“I did much better on 60 Minutes last week than President Obama did tonight. ” “terrible,” “horrible,” “incompetent leader,” “all talk & no action,” and “weak & ineffective.”
"When Mexico sends its people, they're not sending the best. They're not sending you, they're sending people that have lots of problems and they're bringing those problems with us. They're bringing drugs. They're bringing crime. They're rapists...
18. His View On Global Warming:
And some, I assume, are good people." -This statement came during a 2015 presidential announcement speech. Of course, Trump also has "great" plans for a wall separating the US from Mexico: "I will build a great wall - and nobody builds walls better than me, believe me - and I'll build them very inexpensively. I will build a great, great wall on our southern border, and I will make Mexico pay for that wall. Mark my words."
Here are a few other words Trump has said regarding Mexico: “not our friend,” “they're killing us,” and “we get the killers, drugs & crime, they get the money," according to the New York Times.
Trump obviously doesn't "believe" in global warming, which may rub some people the wrong way. His comments regarding the issue seem to be attempts at discrediting the phenomena.

17. Trump Talking About Bernie Sanders:

16. Hypocritical Comments On Bill Clinton:
Trump has a lot (of not nice things) to say when it comes to former Democratic candidate Bernie Sanders: “can't even defend his own microphone,” “Did Bernie go home and go to sleep?” “he just wants to shut down and go home to bed!” 
Trump was more than eager to make Bernie look weak and "tired" throughout his campaign.
“Wild Bill," “There's never been anyone more abusive to women in politics,” “What Bill did was stupid!” “the WORST abuser of woman in U.S. political history,” “hypocrite,” “was called a racist,” “DEMONSTRATED A PENCHANT FOR SEXISM,”and lastly, “so inappropriate." Most, if not all, of these statements are true of Donald himself.
15. On His Supporters:
“If Hillary Clinton can’t satisfy her husband what makes her think she can satisfy America? -A 2015 tweet by Trump.
14. His View On Gay Marriage:
Trump said the following when addressing his victory at the Nevada caucuses: "I love the poorly educated."
Donald made a very strange analogy relating gay marriage to golf during a 2011 interview with the New York Times: "It's like in golf. A lot of people -- I don't want this to sound trivial -- but a lot of people are switching to these really long putters, very unattractive. It's weird. You see these great players with these really long putters, because they can't sink three-footers anymore.
13. Calling Out The Public In General:
And, I hate it. I am a traditionalist. I have so many fabulous friends who happen to be gay, but I am a traditionalist."
"Our great African-American President hasn't exactly had a positive impact on the thugs who are so happily and openly destroying Baltimore." -Trump once again let his Twitter fingers do the talking with this 2015 post. 
"Sorry losers and haters, but my I.Q. is one of the highest - and you all know it! Please don't feel so stupid or insecure.
12. His Opinions On Fox Anchor Megyn Kelly:
It's not your fault." "Free trade is terrible. Free trade can be wonderful if you have smart people. But we have stupid people." 
"I have never seen a thin person drinking Diet Coke." Ouch, Donald.
“I refuse to call Megyn Kelly a bimbo, because that would not be politically correct” According to the New York Times, Trump has said many things regarding Kelly, including these gems: “Can't watch Crazy Megyn anymore,” (she's) “not very good or professional.” Of course, this 2015 comment during a CNN interview is what really got people going: "You could see there was blood coming out of her eyes. 11. Donald Trump On Crime Statistics:

10. Remarks Made Referencing Former Candidate Ben Carson:

Trump has spewed a lot of negative comments in Ben Carson's direction: “incapable of understanding foreign policy,” “very weak on illegal immigration,” and (he) “has never created a job in his life (well, maybe a nurse)," according to the New York Times.
9. Comments On US Senator Elizabeth Warren:
Nobody is safe from Trump's negative remarks, and that includes US senators:
(Elizabeth Warren) “has a nasty mouth” and (is) “one of the least productive U.S.

7. Trump Talking About Former Texas Governor Rick Perry:
"I was down there, and I watched our police and our firemen, down on 7-Eleven, down at the World Trade Center, right after it came down." Because making a racist 7-Eleven comment when discussing a national tragedy is totally cool.
Trump has some not-so-nice things to say about Perry: “did an absolutely horrible job of securing the border,” “should be ashamed of himself,” and (he) “needs a new pair of glasses.” Sounds like a typical bully.
6. When Talking About Himself:
However, one of the worst things Trump said regarded Perry's intelligence: “should be forced to take an IQ test.”
“My fingers are long and beautiful, as, it has been well documented, are various other parts of my body.” -Trump said this during a Page Six interview. It's okay to cringe. 
"I am the least racist person there is.
5. His Comments Regarding Arianna Huffington:
And I think most people that know me would tell you that. I am the least racist." -Donald said this very untrue statement in 2011 during a Fox & Friends segment. 
"I've never had any trouble in bed, but if I'd had affairs with half the starlets and female athletes the newspapers linked me with, I'd have no time to breathe."
"Ariana Huffington is unattractive, both inside and out.
4. Comments On US Senator Marco Rubio:
I fully understand why her former husband left her for a man - he made a good decision." -Trump tweeted this hurtful comment in August 2012, and he still hasn't deleted it.
(Rubio) “will never MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!” -From a March 2016 tweet. 
“Lightweight Marco Rubio was working hard last night. The problem is, he is a choker, and once a choker, always a choker!
3. Insensitive Comments Regarding John McCain's Time In The Military:
Mr. Meltdown.” - A tweet sent out earlier this year by Trump
"He's not a war hero. He was a war hero because he was captured.
2. On His Regret Of Not Having Dated Princess Diana:
I like people who weren't captured." -Trump made this statement during a 2015 campaign event.
"I love women. They've come into my life. They've gone out of my life.
Even those who have exited somewhat ungracefully still have a place in my heart. I only have one regret in the women department -- that I never had the opportunity to court Lady Diana Spencer. I met her on a number of occasions." -According to his 1997 book, Trump: The Art of the Comeback
