Digging Deep
The couple found a few more fish like that. Their scales were infected and their flesh was dry and fibrous. It seemed as though the water was contaminated. But they didn’t know for sure.
They decided to take the fish sample to the nature conservation department to be tested. They would know what to do.
The helpful couple didn’t know that they were opening up a can of worms nobody wanted to see.
