British daytime program “This Morning” recently aired an interview with a “human elf,” leaving audiences curious and baffled, to say the least. Luis Padron, 26, from Buenos Aires, appeared on the show via live video link.

While on air, the Argentinian opened up about his journey transitioning from a human to the mythical creature. Safe to say, hosts Philip Schofield and Holly Willoughby had many, many questions. Read on below to find out more.

British daytime program “This Morning” recently aired an interview with a “human elf,” leaving viewers both curious and confused.

Luis Padron, 26, form Buenos Aires, appeared on the show via live video link, and opened up about his journey transitioning from a human to the mythical creature.

In the segment — dubbed “I was born to be an elf — Padron revealed that his journey to become an elf was the result of cruel bullies.

Speaking on the British show, he said: "I was one of the youngest kids in my class and one of the most talented, I was kind of special and some kids started picking on me."

"That made me close myself, searching for happiness in books and movies and stuff like that,” Padron added. At the age of 14, Padron started to dye his hair and wear contact lessons.

He didn’t begin his surgeries until years later, however, as his obsession with cosplay evolved. "I started with cosplay, but it wasn't enough, I wanted to change to become my own perception of beauty,” he said.

At 20 years old, Padron decided to go under the knife to change his physical features. Now, at 26, he’s undergone a plethora of surgeries, including liposuction on his jaw and rhinoplasty, according to The Daily Mail.

"Over time things changed, older teens liked me because I was unique and that's what encouraged me to start turning what I felt on the inside into a reality,” he said.

In addition to the many surgeries he’s undergone — which have cost him over $60,000 so far — Padron has also had other procedures done.

For instance, he’s had full body hair removal and laser skin bleaching. In addition, he went under the knife to create a “vampiric” widow’s peak hairline, The Daily Mail reports.

Unsurprisingly, audiences were baffled by Luis’ story. Seemingly, man viewers took to Twitter to share their reactions.

"Be happy with your body," one user wrote. “If you don’t like it, change it. Fine. But self-mutilation is not the way to go."

Another user tweeted: “No offense but what is going on?” A third chimed in on the matter, writing:

“Really starting to off #ThisMorning why don’t they cover real issues?” That said, not everyone was against Padron’s transformation.

Indeed, many people came forward in support of the 26-year-old.

Over on Twitter, one wrote: “He is so happy and people have nose jobs, boob jobs etc all the time, what is wrong with him being happy?? Leave him alone."

Another user agreed, nothing: “He identifies as an elf. Nothing wrong with that is there?”

During his appearance on the show, Padron went on to reveal that he is often described as trans-species. However, he revealed that this is something he doesn’t agree with.

"Many people consider themselves as trans-species I don't think I am part of that,” the 26-year-old explained to a bewildered Schofield and Willoughby.

"I don't expect people to treat me like an elf or with a different manner."

Both hosts ended the interview with Padron by advising him to stay safe during future operations, The Daily Mail reports.

Most recently, the 26-year-old went under the knife to have his ears cut apart and reshaped. The goal? To make them look like the pointy appendages of an elf.

Before that, however, Padron had flown to see specialists in Korea to have his jaw broken. Yes, you read that right.

Padron wanted to have his jaw broken by surgeons so they could file and screw it back together into a diamond shape. The goal this time? To have it look similar to an anime character.
