Paul experiences a moment of mental hesitation and his throat becomes parched. He attempts to swallow, but is unable to. He is intensely focused on the safe he has just discovered in his grandmother's house and feels nauseated. However, secrets are supposed to remain concealed, correct? It is clear that his grandparents did not want anyone to discover the safe, which is why they had concealed it. However, his grandparents are not present. Therefore, Paul reaches for the handle and feels a terrible sensation in the pit of his stomach.

Paul was more than happy to help out his grandmother when he received her call. They were close, and he would do anything for his loving granny, especially since his grandfather passed away a few months ago. Their family motto was “double happiness” which to them always meant that if one of them was happy, the other was too.

Those words haunted Paul still to his day. What were his grandparents hiding? He shrugged it off and went straight to work helping his grandma; she needed help clearing out a few things in her ceramics room, and he was happy to help. But once he opened the door, there was no turning back.

Then suddenly, a terrible smell lingered in the air. Paul could taste it on the tip of his tongue; it made him retch. It smelt like rotten eggs. Where was this smell coming from? Paul had no idea what was coming next.

The crest was particularly interesting, as it showed a lion that could either be the coat of arms of Norway or the royal arms of Scotland. One commenter suggested it was given by the British Empire to Commonwealth troops who served in combat.
