Drink Coffee

If you're feeling tired at work, a cup of strong coffee might be exactly what you need to get you through the day. But do not go overboard, as drinking too much caffeine might make you anxious. 

Splash Cold Water On Your Face

If you aren't a coffee drinker, go to the bathroom and splash cold water on your face several times. It will help you to wake up, and you won't feel as tired for the next few hours. If it's a chilly day outside, go out and breathe in some fresh air. You will instantly feel better, we promise!
