It seems that whether you hate them, love them or know them, you're bound to see a story about a member of the Kardashian family wherever you look. The family has managed to have their stories told on "serious" news outlets, and they have become one of the most recognizable names of our generation.
Of course, with all that fame comes scandal and it's no secret that the Kardashian clan has had their share of it. Here are some of the most scandalous things that has happened to the Kardashians over the past few years.
Caitlyn Jenner has been very vocal about being a Republican for years, but still many people were horrified that Caitlyn would continue to show support for Donald Trump who's election posed as a threat to LGBTQ and women's rights. When Caitlyn planned to attend, she tweeted this, "Republicans need help understanding LGBTQ issues and I'm here to help!".
2.Kendall Stars In Insulting Pepsi Ad
She attended as a guest of the Unity Fund who is an organization that is described as "conservative" and "dedicated to advancing the cause of freedom and equal opportunity for LGBTQ Americans."
A pepsi commercial released in 2017 featured Kendall Jenner, who plays a model who is interested by the sight of a political protest, so she removes her wig, wipes off her makeup and decides to join the movement. Of course, the ad was criticized for positioning Kendall as some sort of white savior and trivializing political protests. There is one shot in which Kendall's character hands a police officer a can of Pepsi; in which the image appeared to be a reference to the famous photo of Leshia Evans protesting in Baton Rouge. Pepsi claims they were trying to project a message of unity, peace, and understanding, but eventually they released a statement saying, "Clearly we missed the mark, and we apologize. We did not intend to make light of any serious issue. We are removing the content and halting any further rollout.
3. Khloe Accused Of Copying Independent Clothing Designer's Work
We also apologize for putting Kendall Jenner in this position." Big Yikes! Kendall eventually apologized on an episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashian by saying, "I would never purposely hurt someone, ever… if I knew that this was gonna be the outcome, I would have never done something like this. 4. Rob Posts Revenge Porn
She also shared the images above, the top two photos are body suits from Good American and the bottom two are body suits by dbleudazzled. Good American released a statement saying, "Under no circumstances did Good American or Khloe Kardashian infringe on another brand's intellectual property and we are going through the proper legal channels to handle the situation."
Rob shared nude images of Blac Chyna on both Instagram and Twitter accounts and within days, Blac Chyna gathered the help of civil rights attorney Lisa Bloom, who announced she'd seek a restraining order on her client's behalf. Lisa Bloom tweeted, "I represent Black Chyna. I just gave Rob Kardashian notice that we'll be in court Monday seeking restraining orders against him. More to come." Chyna spoke to Good Morning America, and said, "I was devastated, of course.

Bloom then noted, "It's also domestic abuse, which allows us to go in immediately and get domestic violence restraining orders to protect Chyna." The family has not reached out publicly to comment on Rob and Chyna's legal battles-nor have they condemned Rob's decision to post revenge porn on social media sites.
6. Kylie and Kendall's "Vintage Tees"
A new book entitled, The Kardashians: An American Drama claims that Kardashians' father, Robert was obsessed with Elvis Presley's ex-wife Priscilla, Kris cheated constantly, and the real father of Khloe is disgraced sports star OJ Simpson.
The sisters decided to launch a new lineup called "Rap vs. Rock" fashion tees as part of their collection, but they were immediately reprimanded online for lack of sensitivity. The shirts used images of their favorite musicians like Metallica, Led Zeppelin, and Pink Floyd, along with their own faces superimposed over them. The most scandalous of the collection were the T-shirts that had the faces of Tupac and Notorious B.I.G. Biggie's mom even got involved and called the concept, "disgusting" and "disrespectful" and sent a cease-and-desist letter.
7.Fyre Festival Promotion
The sisters then released an apology by saying, "These designs were not well thought out and we deeply apologize to anyone that has been upset and/or offended, especially to the families of the artists,” they wrote. “We are huge fans of their music and it was not our intention to disrespect these cultural icons in anyway. The tee shirts have been pulled from retail and all images have been removed. We will use this as an opportunity to learn from theses mistakes, and again we are very sorry.”
Kendall Jenner faced backlash ONCE AGAIN after promoting the apparently glamorous Fyre Festival and encouraging fans to splurge money on tickets for the weekend. However, when the festival-goers arrived on a private island in the Bahamas, they found out that they had been duped.
8.Kylie's Relationship With Tyga
The experience was so far off from what they were expecting and Kendall and other models took massive heat for their involvement.
For Tyga's 27th birthday, girlfriend Kylie Jenner, threw him a party and shared some pics on Instagram in which she is topless and sitting astride him to celebrate. While some people found it endearing, many were quick to say that it was inappropriate due to the age gap between them. (Kylie was 17 and the rapper was 24 when they began appearing in social media images together).
9. Blac Chyna Sues The Entire Family
Scandal was nothing new to the two of them though. Tyga previously dated, was engaged to, and had a child with Black Chyna, who, after their separation, went on to date, get engaged to and have a baby with Kylie's brother, Rob Kardashian. However, they are now separated.
After the nude scandal went quiet, Black Chyna and her lawyer hit the family with another lawsuit. After Rob and Chyna broke up, their TV show on E!
10. Scott Disick is Officially Dating Sofia Richie
was canceled and Chyna claims she lost over a million dollars from the network's decision to cancel the show. The Kardashians then made sure that Chyna would not be able to profit off of having a "Kardashian baby" and then sent her a lawsuit claiming she "could not use the Kardashian name for any endorsement deals or monetary gain." Chyna's lawyer claims that "It’s not just she lost a lot of income by not getting season two or all the other seasons that would’ve followed, it’s the endorsement deals, it’s the appearances fees, promotion of her products … This is how reality shows can become very lucrative, and the Kardashian family knows well because they have exploited the economic benefits of reality TV better than anyone … and God bless them for it."
Although Scott Disick and Kourtney Kardashian have three children together, as of 2017, the two are no longer romantically involved. This year, they decided to step out with different people on their arms, which is when it was revealed Scott Disick, 34, began dating Sofia Richie, 19.

The model is rumored to have been good friends with both Kendall and Kylie Jenner.

Khloe then revealed her pregnancy during an episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians. What was shocking to fans was that a family that is normally the center of tabloids and paparazzi, managed to keep such big secrets for such a long amount of time.
In 2017, Kim Kardashian announced in 2017 that she was expecting her third child via surrogate. She opened up on Keeping Up With The Kardashians about her complications and life-threatening conditions that restrict her from having a natural childbirth.
14.Kim Kardashian's 72 Day Marriage
Her and husband Kanye West decided to have a third child together with a surrogate.
Kim's very short lived marriage to Kris Humphries is one of the scandals that could've changed everyone's perceptions of the Kardashians. It was believed that Kim only married Kris in order to get endorsements from companies and to boost the rating for the family's television show. Kim even admitted that the announcement of them splitting up, made her feel like her career was over.
She said she even went as far to tell her family that she hopes they saved all their money so they could go back to selling clothing in their retail stores. Miraculously, the exact opposite happened.
