If you are a child of the 60’s, 70’s, or 80’s you are going to recognize most of the people that are on this list. The Stars of the 70’s are still fairly relevant today. They are regularly in movies, have charity causes they support, and are seen routinely on the red carpet. Most of them have managed to age pretty well! It’s hard to stay in the Hollywood spotlight as one ages, but these 70’s stars manage to do it with style. Here’s is what this list of high level stars is up to today.
AL PACINO
Al Pacino has starred in many hit roles in recent years. Best known for “Scarface” and “The Godfather”. He can currently be seen in Broadway on a play written by the acclaimed David Mammet.
BARBARA BACH
Barbara Bach starred in many hit films in the 70s, but she will always be known as Anya Amasova from “The Spy Who Loved Me.” These days she’s pretty much given up acting and is content to be an advocate for both education and vegetarianism.
BO DEREK
If you made a list of all the sex symbols of the 1970s, Bo Derek’s name would be right at the top! Best known for her role in “10,” she had the type of career that legends are made out of. These days she doesn’t act as much as she used to but spends her time as an advocate for both horses and wounded veterans.
CHARLES GRODIN
Comedy genius Charles Grodin appeared on a few episodes of the FX show “Louie” last year. Of course, he was just as brilliant as you’d think he would be because he’s Charles Grodin

Jane Seymour is perhaps one of the most successful actresses to ever come out of the James Bond franchise. She’s been in a large number of different movies over the last few years, like “A Royal Christmas” and “Scout.”

Michael Caine has always been a popular actor, but during the last decade he’s been an integral component of one of the biggest film franchises ever made – Christopher Nolan’s “Dark Knight” trilogy. He played Alfred, the loyal butler who always stood by Bruce Wayne’s side through thick and thin.

Michael Douglas may not be as successful as he was in the 1970s, but he’s still plugging along. He can most recently be seen in the hugely successful Marvel Comics film “Ant-Man” opposite Paul Rudd.

Exploitation star of the 70s Pam Grier had something of a resurgence during the 1990s after starring in the hit Quentin Tarantino film “Jackie Brown.” She continues to work, most recently appearing in the 2015 TV film “Cleveland Abductions.”

Paula Prentiss is famous for her roles in movies like “The Stepford Wives” and “The Parallax View.” She retired from acting in 2007 and is content just living life with her family.

Robert Redford was not only one of the biggest stars of the 70s, he also starred in one of the best movies ever in 1973 – “The Sting.” He’s still acting and oversees his passion project, the Sundance Film Festival.

Raquel Welch looks absolutely AMAZING!! She became famous after her role in “The Fantastic Voyage” and for the acting and singing careers that followed. She’s still around, but leans much more heavily on the “singing” part of her career than the “acting” one.
SALLY FIELD
Sally Field may have started acting as “Gidget”, in her youth, but continues to act in many hit films! Some of which, include, the re-boot of the Spider-man franchise in 2012, “The Amazing Spider-man” and its sequel.
