While the magic of Hogwarts may be able to make you look taller than you actually are, reality says otherwise. When Radcliffe stands on the red carpet, it's pretty obvious to see that he's not very tall at all.
Scarlett Johansson - 5’2”
He actually only stands at 5'4" tall.
While it may not look like it on the silver screen, but Scarlett Johansson is quite short in the celebrity world, standing at just 5'2" tall.
Nicole Richie - 5’0”
She may appear larger than life sometimes, but in the real world, she's simply a short actress.
While she is famous for being the daughter of music legend Lionel Richie, she hit her peak fame in the early 2000s as her and fellow socialite Paris Hilton took over the reality TV scene with the show The Simple Life. And while here fame has fluctuated, her height has not.
Hayden Panettiere - 5’0”
She stands at a mere 5'0" tall.
While many people, including other celebrities, look up to Hayden Panettiere due to her imressive film resume and her activism, most of these people physically have to look down on her because she stands at a tiny 5'0" tall.
Elijah Wood - 5’6”
She started acting as a child and has grown up a lot since, although her height would say otherwise.
It may come as no surprise that this hobbit is only 5'6" tall. Although in terms of being a hobbit, that's still an impressive size.
Hilary Duff - 5’2”
However, by human standards, Elijah Wood is on the shorter side of the measuring tape. At least he has room to grow on his acting resume.
Hilary Duff's fame came when she was a child actor portraying Lizzie McGuire on the Disney channel. And while she may have grown up from the role, her height hasn't.
Pete Wentz - 5’6”
She stands at just 5'2", which is not much taller than she was when she was a child actor.
Pete Wentz had a big influence on the rock music scene in the early to mid-2000s, but his height, sadly, did not. Wentz is just 5'6", which is fairly short in today's world.
Anna Kendrick - 5’0”
Maybe him and Elijah Wood could hang out now that they have something in common.
Anna Kendrick's career has taken off over the past few years, but sadly, her height hasn't. This mousey actress stands at just 5'0", but it's hard to tell when shes in always in heels on the red carpet every event.
Kevin Hart - 5’2”
We don't think we've seen the best of Kendrick just yet.
It may come as no surprise that Kevin Hart is on this list, but it's just too much to miss. Hart stands at just 5'2", which is shorter than some of the women on this list!
Vanessa Hudgens - 5’1”
At least Hart's career is sky rocketing, otherwise, he might be ridiculed for his height more than he already is.
Vanessa Hudgens is so small talent in the acting department, but she is small in the height department.
Bruno Mars - 5’5”
Hudgens stands at only 5'1", but, hey, at least she's almost as tall as Kevin Hart.
Although Bruno Mars' records sales have reached impressive heights, his stature could never even come close to them. Burno Mars, born Peter Gene Hernandez, stands at just 5'5", and for a guy, that's pretty far below average.
Kelly Clarkson - 5’3”
At least he has some amazing musical talent to make up for it.
Music star Kelly Clarkson has made long strides in her career since her winning of the first season of American Idol. She has such a tall presence on stage, yet her height does not.
Lena Dunham - 5’2”
She stands at 5'3", and although that might seem tall for this list, it's fairly short in terms of modern society.
Lena Dunham began by writing and directing Tiny Furniture (2010), a small, independent film. Then she created, wrote and starred in the hit HBO series Girls.
Seth Green - 5’3”
And while she's done big things with her career, she is a small woman, standing at just 5'2".
Seth Green has a had a very successful career spanning over multiple decades, but one thing hasn't changed: his height. Green stands at just 5'3", but he's always first to make a joke about himself.
Martin Scorsese - 5’3”
At least he's taller than Kevin Hart, so at least he's got that going for him.
We bet you didn't know this incredible director stood at such a short height. Martin Scorsese may have a large influence on Hollywood, but his stature of just 5'3" would make you do a double take.
Isla Fisher - 5’2”
Who would have thought the Scorsese and Seth Green would have something in common.
This redhead bombshell is no small fry when it comes to her acting career, but her stature would say so. Fisher is only 5'2", but you wouldn't know that just by seeing her on the silver screen.
Lucy Hale - 5’1”
We would think that, even though she's short, she would have a good sense of humor about it.
The actress and singer Lucy Hale has a huge career, but she does it while being so short.
Alyssa Milano - 5’1”
Hale stands at just 5'1", but she makes up for it with an incredibly full voice and amazing acting talent.
We bet you didn't know Alyssa Milano was as short as she actually is. Granted, it's hard to tell when she's on the screen in your living room or at the movie theater.
Milano is only 5'1", but that doesn't seem to stop her from having a very successful acting career.
